Artigiani di sogni

Mitri e Mireille Hourani, fratello e sorella franco-libanesi nati in Africa, designer lui, esperta di economia lei, creano oggetti con la convinzione che per salvare il pianeta non si debba  scartare ma riutilizzare.

Realizzano  prodotti unici ed originali utilizzando oggetti trovati e reinventati con creatività.

Guardate ad esempio la loro collezione di lampade realizzate con bottiglie e recipienti in vetro e cavi elettrici colorati.

E come non innamorarsi dei loro paralumi dalla forma retrò ma reinterpretati in chiave moderna, utilizzati singolarmente o in scenografici grappoli?

Mitri li riveste di molteplici tessuti, dal pizzo, alle stampe floreali fino a quelle scozzesi. 

"Scegliete forma, dimensione e tessuto e noi realizzeremo i vostri sogni" promettono i fratelli Hourani.

Ed il loro sogno Mitri e Mireille lo hanno sicuramente  realizzato. Riusciranno a realizzare il vostro?

Mitri and Mireille Hourani, brother and sister Franco-Lebanese born in Africa, he is designer, she is expert in economics. They create objects with the belief that to save the planet,  we should not discard but reuse.

They create unique and original products using found objects and reinvented with creativity.

Look for example their collection of lamps made with bottles and glass vessels and electric cables colored.

And how not to fall in love with their lampshades with retro shape but reinterpreted in a modern key, used individually or in spectacular clusters ?

Mitri plays them in multiple tissues, from lace, to floral prints at up to those Scots.

"You choose the shape, size and fabric and we will make your dreams come true"  Hourani brothers promise.
