Che vi troviate ancora in città (come me) o già in vacanza, non c'è nulla di più rilassante del dondolio di un'amaca.
Non importa se legata sotto l'ombra di un albero, od in un angolo del vostro balcone o del vostro soggiorno appositamente allestiti per il relax .
Quello che conta è ritagliarsi ogni tanto un po' di tempo per oziare.
Nulla a che fare con la noia o con l'apatia perché l'ozio ( il "dolce far niente") può essere rigenerante e creativo.
Provare per credere.
