Dal 2001 lavora a Londra dove fonda prima la "Ebba Thott design" e nel 2004, con l'esperta di arredo del XX secolo Nina Hertig, la Sigmar, che offre servizi di progettazione d'interni e fornisce arredi e complementi.
L'obbiettivo dichiarato è creare ambienti personali che abbiano un'anima, combinando uno stile contemporaneo con elementi della tradizione.
Le origini di Ebba traspaiono nell'amore per i materiali naturali, ed in particolare per il legno, e nell'aspirazione, che eredita dalla tradizione scandinava, di coniugare bellezza e funzionalità.
Ha creato una collezione esclusiva di sofisticate tinte (Damo) che garantisce "a prova del passare del tempo".
