Ecce Home: Nessuno come Frida

La storia di Frida Kahlo è una storia di dolore, amore e passione.

Dolore a causa dell'incidente in cui è rimasta coinvolta quando aveva diciotto anni, sull' autobus che la riportava a casa da scuola; le ferite riportate le hanno provocato sofferenze per tutta la vita, ma l'hanno anche spinta a dipingere.

(Non appena vide la madre dopo un mese di ospedale le disse: "Non sono morta e per di più ho qualcosa per cui vivere; questo qualcosa è la pittura").

Amore per suo marito, il pittore muralista Diego Rivera.

Passione per l'arte ma anche per la politica e in genere per la vita cui si è aggrappata anche nei momenti più difficili, con tutte le sue forze. "Amo molto le cose, la vita, la gente" afferma, intervistata da Raquel Tibol nel 1953.

Idealista, anticonformista, ribelle e sognatrice Frida.

Picasso, riconoscendone il talento artistico, in una lettera destinata a Diego Rivera scrive: "Né tu né io saremo mai capaci di dipingere una testa come Frida".

The story of Frida Kahlo is a story of pain, love and passion.
