Ricordi di ogni generazion sulle bancarelle di...Campagnano Romano

"Portobello Road, Portobello Road,

 quante stupende ricchezze ci son,

 troverai ricordi di ogni generazion,

 sulle bancarelle di Portobello Road..."

Così faceva la canzone di un vecchio film per ragazzi (Pomi d'ottone e manici di scopa).

Non è però di Portobello Road che voglio parlarvi ma piuttosto del mercatino di Campagnano Romano, tappa irrinunciabile, ogni ultima domenica del mese, per gli amanti di antichità, modernariato, vintage, bric-a brac ed artigianato.

Si snoda tra le vie e le  piazze del borgo medievale situato a circa 40 Km a nord di  Roma e tra la merce esposta dai circa 250 espositori si possono trovare oggetti di ogni tipo, epoca e fattura.  

Se avete occhio, chissà,  potreste scovare un vero tesoro.

La mia bancarella preferita? Quella di "Mercante di Ricordi" dove troverete vecchie lampade e lanterne, vasi, sveglie, macchine fotografiche, occhiali e tantissimi altri oggetti curiosi e divertenti e, perchè no, anche qualche vera rarità..

But I do not want to talk about Portobello Road, rather the Campagnano Romano market , essential step, every last Sunday of the month, for lovers of antiques, modern, vintage, bric-a-brac, and crafts.

Winds through the streets and squares of the medieval village located about 40 km north of Rome and between the goods exhibited by about 250 exhibitors you can find all sorts of objects, time and invoice.

And if you are experienced you may find a real treasure.

My favorite stall? "Mercante di Ricordi" where you'll find old lamps and lanterns, vases, clocks, cameras, glasses and many other curious objects and fun and, why not, some real rarity ..
