Varcando la soglia di questo appartamento, attraverso la vivace porta d'ingresso azzurro lapislazzulo, la prima cosa che si nota è una carta geografica della Catalogna. Ed infatti ci troviamo nel quartiere Malasana, cuore pulsante della movida madrilena, e precisamente nell'appartamento ristrutturato del direttore artistico di una casa discografica.
Entrando nel living, che conserva ancora i pilastri in legno originali, ma anche in cucina, nella camera da letto e perfino nel bagno, si coglie subito la passione del proprietario per l'arte contemporanea e per gli oggetti di recupero (soprattutto per i vecchi mobili da ufficio).
Ma si percepisce anche che è la casa ideale per affollati e divertenti party alla moda. Me l'immagino piena di persone che chiacchierano con il bicchiere in mano e, ovviamente, buona musica di sottofondo.
Lo deduco anche dalla scelta del pavimento in cemento di tipo industriale: adatto ad ambienti molto molto frequentati...
